We welcome you to : "Nature. Yoga and Me Retreat"!!!
This retreat is perfect for those looking to find some refreshment within their mind and bodies through yoga and meditation whilst immersing in the elements on the tropical island of Srilanka!
The retreat is guided by the 5 elements (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood) and includes yoga, excursions, ayurvedic vegetarian/vegan meals, excursions all whilst staying in a beautiful Villa!
Gonul (yogachangeme.com/), ShreeHari Yoga (shreehariyoga.com) and I have been working together to bring about an experience that we hope will leave you feeling more like...you! Gonul and ShreeHari Yoga have been providing certified teacher training in various styles of yoga in Goa and Dharamsala (India) for many years and bring valuable insights and many years of teaching expertise from the land of yoga itself.
You will be guided by Gonul and myself (Sinthu) through the retreat in practices including:
